Hubb Property Group is a residential property investment and development company based in Bristol. Our team has a wealth of experience in the residential property market and specialise in identifying and acquiring under-utilised properties in emerging and high demand locations, and developing them into great investment opportunities offering high returns to our investors.

We aim to deliver two key benefits: high quality living spaces for our tenants and buyers, and maximum financial return for our investors.

The Team

The team at Hubb Property Group has over 40 years’ collective experience in real estate acquisition, investment, development and management. With a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record, the team works under the leadership of Managing Director, Oliver Hawthorne, to offer simple and transparent property investment opportunities delivering successful returns to investors.

Oliver Hawthorne

Managing Director & Investor Relations

With extensive experience in real estate development and property investment management, Oliver is involved in the ownership and management of a 30m portfolio of high-end residential properties and luxury student accommodation.

Oliver founded Hubb Property Group in 2016, allowing investors the opportunity to take advantage of his successful track record, extensive experience and industry knowledge by joining him in his property ventures.

Laura Green

Property & Asset Manager

With a wealth of real estate experience, Laura has spent over a decade working with some of Europe’s leading residential consultancy development teams, national house builders, property investment companies and regional developers.

Having successfully managed portfolios of high-value, exclusive properties delivering a combined rental income of over £2.7m, Laura specialises in generating maximum financial return whilst ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Jade Philips

Investor Relations

Jade is responsible for investor relations and fundraising at Hubb Property Group.

With almost a decade of experience behind her, Jade has been assisting investors in the UK and Asia Pacific in identifying large scale investment opportunities from luxury hotels to student accommodation assets, as well as working for one of South East Asia’s largest property developers overseeing assets totalling 3 billion.

She speaks fluent English and is proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Harry Osborne

Development Manager

Harry is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management.

Having worked for one of London’s leading International Property Consultants, Harry has experience in strategic property development and creating financial viability reports, reviews and valuations for councils and private developers.

Harry is responsible for providing impartial, specialist advice, market insight and valuations for all Hubb Property Group projects.

Company Structure

Each of our real estate assets are purchased through a limited company with an SPV, which means each company is ring-fenced from all assets and liabilities within the Hubb Property Group.
