Hubb Property Group is a residential property investment and development company based in Bristol. Our team has a wealth of experience in the residential property market and specialise in identifying and acquiring under-utilised properties in emerging and high demand locations, and developing them into great investment opportunities offering high returns to our investors.

We aim to deliver two key benefits: high quality living spaces for our tenants and buyers, and maximum financial return for our investors.

The Team

The team at Hubb Property Group has over 40 years’ collective experience in real estate acquisition, investment, development and management. With a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record, the team works under the leadership of Managing Director, Oliver Hawthorne, to offer simple and transparent property investment opportunities delivering successful returns to investors.

Oliver Hawthorne

Founder & Managing Director

With extensive experience in real estate development and property investment management, Oliver is involved in the ownership and management of a 30m portfolio of high-end residential properties and luxury student accommodation.

Oliver founded Hubb Property Group in 2016, allowing investors the opportunity to take advantage of his successful track record, extensive experience and industry knowledge by joining him in his property ventures.

Laura Hawthorne

Property & Asset Manager

With a wealth of real estate experience, Laura has spent almost a decade working with some of Europe’s leading residential consultancy development teams, national house builders, property investment companies and regional developers.

Having successfully managed portfolios of high-value, exclusive properties delivering a combined rental income of over £2.7m, Laura specialises in generating maximum financial return whilst ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Harry Osborne

Development Manager

Harry is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management. Having worked for one of London’s leading International Property Consultants, Harry has experience in strategic property development and creating financial viability reports, reviews and valuations for councils and private developers.

Harry is responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of residential projects, assisting in delivery across all stages of the development process.

Max Denniff

Project Manager

Having a decade of experience in the construction industry, Max started as a carpenter before progressing into project management. In 2016, Max worked for two years in mainland Australia before settling back into the Bristol area in 2018. Max has a comprehensive and unique understanding of the construction sector. Over time he was been involved in the residential new build, restoration and commercial projects working with clients such as Savills and CBRE. 

Max is responsible for the successful delivery of our renovations and development projects at Hubb Property Group.

Charlotte Biss

Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Charlotte joins Hubb with a wealth of experience, having spent the last six years assisting and managing fast-paced office environments as well as holding roles as a Personal and Executive Assistant for CEOs and Directors in London.

Her keen interest in real estate stems from involvement in her family business in which she helped manage a portfolio of companies across the South West. In her role at Hubb she will be supporting our Founder and Managing Director Oliver Hawthorne and ensuring the daily operation of the office is smooth and efficient.

Sarah Youll

Financial Controller

Sarah is an ACA chartered accountant with over ten years’ experience under her belt. Having previously been an auditor at PwC and a director for the Melrose Group, she has been managing a number of businesses that sit within different sectors including hospitality, property, retail and manufacturing companies.

Sarah joins Hubb with a deep understanding of property investment and the financial process that goes alongside it. Her role at Hubb sees her working with the team in helping them achieve their financial goals, whilst assisting with their management accounts and their internal due diligence processes for new investment projects.

Company Structure

Each of our real estate assets are purchased through a limited company with an SPV, which means each company is ring-fenced from all assets and liabilities within the Hubb Property Group.
