INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER

Hubb Property Group is a real estate private equity and investment firm with a focus on the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector and the development of luxury residential and commercial properties.

Since our launch in 2016, we have received almost £4m of investment and projecting to double this over the coming year. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a fast growing company and successful team as an Investor Relations / Client Relationship Manager focusing on the fundraising and relationship management of all our investors and clients.

The successful candidate will be joining a small team where accomplishments don’t go unnoticed. You will have the flexibility and opportunity to make a positive impression and there will be scope to be challenged and learn new skills as the company grows.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our existing investor and client database
  • Pre-screen prospective investors and understand their investment appetite
  • Manage the compliance and marketing when launching new investment opportunities
  • Regularly update investors and clients with market insights / news updates and project milestones
  • Attend investor calls and/or meetings
  • Develop and maintain a company investor relations plan
  • Produce annual asset and financial reports
  • Participate and make recommendations when launching new opportunities and improving the overall investor experience

Personal Attributes:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role (investor relations / client relationship manager) and preferably client facing
  • Ideally having some investment banking and asset management experience
  • Educated to a degree level with a concentration in business, finance, accounting, and/or investments
  • Successful track record of fundraising
  • A network of strong contacts in the investor market is essential
  • Basic understanding of the UK real estate market; including student accommodation, luxury developments, supported living, commercial and hotels
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Team player who is a self starter and adaptable to a small business environment
  • Flexibility to travel to clients and investors around the UK – a valid UK driving licence will be required
