To assist with our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Manager with a proven track record of fundraising. The successful candidate must either have a strong network of contacts with an appetite to invest in UK real estate or have the drive and determination to create new business relationships and closing high valued deals.


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join their team within this new role and be responsible for the sourcing of land and delivery of their development schemes from inception to completion.


We are looking for a highly-motivated and adaptable Acquisitions Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will be well-connected and have a proven track record of seeking new and off-market investment opportunities within the Alternative Investment market, predominantly within Students, Supported Living and Hotels. The primary responsibilities will include financial modelling, appraisals, market reviews, presentations, and reporting to the CEO. The role can be based at our Head Office in Bristol or in London with UK travel.


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time/fractional Chief Marketing Officer to join our team in this new role and be responsible for the marketing function of the Group, in particularly, driving the brand, marketing strategy and PR campaigns to help generate and maintain leads.
