CAPITAL RAISING AND INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER

To assist with our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Manager with a proven track record of fundraising. The successful candidate must either have a strong network of contacts with an appetite to invest in UK real estate or have the drive and determination to create new business relationships and closing high valued deals.

ASSISTANT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a highly organised and results-driven Assistant Development Manager who will work closely with the Development Manager in the delivery of the Group’s nationwide residential and student accommodation development and renovation projects. The successful candidate must have experience of working for an SME and a proven track record of delivering multiple schemes across the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build-to-Rent (BTR) and/or Residential sectors.

FINANCE MANAGER

We are looking for a highly organised Finance Manager with strong analytical skills and who is an exceptional problem solver. The Finance Manager will report into the Group’s CFO and will be responsible for the day to day operations of the finance function. The successful candidate must have experience of working for an SME and a sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals. This is a part time role 2-3 days a week.
