Interest Rate: 12% pa

A bonus rate of 2% pa (totalling 14% pa) can be achieved if you have successfully invested in one of our long term investments, such as Hubb Investment 101.

Composition: Residential property

Latest RICS Valuation: £1,350,000

Security: 2nd legal charge on the asset.

Liquidity: Loan note certificates are transferable but note there is no guarantee of a secondary market so investors should plan to invest for the full term.

Interest: Interest is paid on redemption. With overseas investors, any interest paid may be subject to a 20% Withholding Tax, as required by UK law.

Due Diligence: The financial projections for this opportunity have been calculated with consideration to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
