DEVELOPMENT FUNDING

  • Finance is used to develop schemes through to completion
  • 6 to 18 month terms available
  • Start investing from just £10,000
  • Projected returns between 10%-18% p.a. (dependent on risk profile and security provided)
  • Returns are generated by buying property or land at a discount and adding value through refurbishment or development
  • Funds are secured through a Debenture which means you will have a charge over the assets (i.e. property) of the company

INVESTING IN BUY-TO-LETS

  • Finance is used for purchasing Buy-To-Let properties
  • 5 to 10 year terms available
  • Start investing from just £10,000
  • Projected returns between 6%-8% p.a. (dependent on risk profile and security provided)
  • Returns are generated through strong rental yields in areas with the potential for above average capital growth
  • Funds are secured through a Debenture which means you will have a charge over the assets (i.e. property) of the company
